 In 2006, APC began providing online training to the highway construction industry on PennDOT's Enigineering & Construction Management System (ECMS) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commision's new Electronic Bidding System (PTC EBS).
Live training on these subjects is now complete, but your company can still benefit from this training through recorded videos.
Training Videos
Recordings of all training sessions are now available. Videos play directly on your pesonal computer with the use of a free media player (WebEX Player). These recordings are a valuable asset to anyone who uses ECMS, and/or plans on using the PTC EBS.
