You will receive your CD (with all ordered videos and a link to download the Webex Player via) regular mail in 7-10 days.
You may also request to have an email sent to you including links to download the ordered videos (you will still receive the CD if this option is selected). These downloads will be available for 24 hours after you receive your email. |

| Video Format & WebEX Player |
Training videos are in wrf format. This format is native to Webex which was used to conduct the live sessions.
In order to view recordings you need to install the free Webex Player. This player will be included on your CD or it can be downloaded here. |

- Install WebEX Player
- Open Webex Player

| In the WebEX Player Control Panel: |
- Select FILE>OPEN
- Select the desired wrf file- click OPEN
- Click the PLAY arrow
